£99 + VAT covers up to 20 appliances. Each appliance above 20 adds £1.15 + VAT. Three-phase appliances have no additional charge.

Microwave leakage testing can be requested at £5 + VAT per appliance, subject to availability. Multiple sites and restricted access need a reviewed quote. Out-of-hours work is charged at 1.5 times the standard price. Letting-agent and portfolio prices are bespoke.
Mixed working hours. If your job includes a mixture of normal-hours and out-of-hours work, your invoice will reflect the work carried out at each rate. The calculator applies the selected rate to the whole job; tell us if you need a mixed-hours quote.

Do all appliances need annual PAT testing?
Testing frequency should reflect the equipment, environment and risk assessment. We can discuss the scope you need; there is no blanket annual rule for every appliance.
Can PAT be added to an EICR?
Yes. Add the item count to your commercial enquiry and we will confirm availability and pricing.
