Thank you to our customers and team
Every inspection involves more than a visit to a property. Bookings need coordinating, access needs arranging, findings need explaining and certificates need checking.
Thank you to our customers for trusting us with their electrical testing, and to our electricians and office team for their work throughout that process. From the first enquiry to the completed report, we aim to make electrical testing clear and properly organised.
Electrical testing for your premises or portfolio
Based in Leeds, SIG supports businesses, landlords and property managers across Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and the M62 corridor, with wider coverage for suitable contracts.
Our services include:
- Commercial Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and fixed wire testing.
- Domestic and landlord EICRs.
- PAT testing.
- Emergency lighting testing and electrical remedial works.
- LED lighting upgrades.
- Welfare and site accommodation testing.
Our employed, qualified electricians carry out the work, and every certificate is checked before issue. Whether you manage a single property or a larger property portfolio, our bookings team can help coordinate the work and access arrangements.
If you are planning testing across several premises, let us know the locations, property types and services required. That helps us understand the scope and discuss a practical way to organise the work with you.
