With a combined 30 years of industry experience, our Directors bring together a rare blend of technical knowledge and customer-first service. One of our Directors is an apprentice-trained electrician who went on to teach electrical regulations as a lecturer in a technical college — giving us deep insight into the standards that keep people and properties safe. Our other Director brings extensive experience in customer service and eco assessments, having worked closely with letting agents, landlords, and local councils for many years.

What We Do

Our core service is the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) — also known as a PIR, landlord safety check, or electrical safety test. We help letting agents, estate agents, landlords, and housing providers stay compliant and give them peace of mind through accurate and timely reporting.
